Kitchen staff exemplary service, reception staff really good, was awesome, friendly atmosphere, attentive service, delicious meals.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast and the restaurant's ambiance. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The housekeeping service was subpar. Our room was not properly cleaned, and we had to request for it to be redone.

The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the garden furniture and soaking up the sun. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. The dining experience was superb, with a restaurant and poolside snack bar offering delicious options. The staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. the kitchen staff and reception staff were amazing, always willing to help with anything we needed. the location was also very convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the city. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the facilities offered by the hotel, like the pool and gym.

Although we had a great overall experience, we did notice some areas of improvement in the housekeeping service. the cleaning of the room could have been more thorough, and some lights and drawers were dirty.
